How Does InstaLift Work?
InstaLift is a noninvasive procedure that is performed on-site in our Scottsdale, AZ office. It does not require general anesthesia or any downtime and takes about 30 – 45 minutes to complete. To start, a member of our team will mark and numb the port sites. This includes any areas where a needle will be placed in or out. The InstaLift threads (sutures) will then be inserted and strung along the designated target zones. Lastly, the threads are tightened, providing the lift you desire.
These sutures use micro-suspension technology that is highly biocompatible, which means they will dissolve over time. This process will leave behind a lattice for your own collagen to build and grow, creating a tighter and younger-looking profile. Over the next 24 – 48 hours, you can expect some swelling and a slight amount of bruising. Typically, after about 3 – 5 days, the swelling is gone. Most patients love their outcomes on day seven but experience the best results after about two weeks.
